Me, Lexi & 'FromLizziTee' the fox at BUCS Indoors 2011
BUCS Indoors – went really well! Didn’t score that high due to a very dodgy start (I got a 4,3,2 whoops!), but I managed to claw it back for a score of 472 so I was really pleased!
Well done to Annie, Amyce and Collette for getting the top three positions and to Lexi for her score of 451 xxx
Big congrats too for Sam Bird who won silver at BUCS for the Gents Recurve category – awesome achievement
- DWAA County Champs – it was a very close one! There were four of us this year so it was gonna be very tough! However I manged two PBs to claim the title and two county records (first for a Single Worcester (233) and for a Double Worcester (471)
In total that was 180 competitive arrows as well as 11 sighters shot over the weekend! My shoulder is killing me but it was worth it!
Now that all the target comps are over, I can now concentrate on my first true love - field archery!
